Amoawiman Home Coming 2026.

Amoawiman Progress Group (APG) organizes community health screenings in Amoawi, Ghana, bringing essential preventive health services directly to residents of the community. Volunteer health professionals screen residents for glaucoma, cataracts, high blood pressure, diabetes, and other health concerns. These screenings provide opportunities for early identification of health problems and help connect residents who need further evaluation or care with appropriate medical services.

For a rural community without a resident doctor, programs like this help bring much-needed preventive health services closer to the people. APG is grateful to the volunteer health professionals, community leaders, volunteers, and residents whose participation makes these screenings possible. This initiative reflects APG's continuing commitment to improving health and quality of life in Amoawi and other underserved rural communities in Ghana.
